My kind of quality window shopping ♥

Random fact about me: I don’t really like spending loooooooooooong periods of time in shopping malls. I don’t like the crowd and I feel agitated whenever there are other people checking or purchasing stuff at the same time as I am. So, I avoid days like the-day-after-payday or later-day-of-a-weekend whenever I feel like going to the mall.

Most of you are already aware that I have a case of “the lazies”, I would rather spend my free time at home, surfing the internet. I’m not that dedicated to do window-shopping most especially if I have no intention of buying anything.

But bless the Internet! The new generation of entrepreneurs have discovered the glory of online merchandising. For one thing, it’s cost-effective on their part because there are no usual fees that actual shops pay for their spot, in malls.

I think the best thing about online shops is that consumers can go window shopping at the convenience of their home, and at the comfort of their couch! It saves time, money and effort on your part too as a (virtual) window-shopper. Plus, you can be at your pambahay clothes and no one cares! Haha.

As a person who dwells in the Internet on her free time, I’m that type who appreciates a nice interface for a web site. For me, an ideal online shop would have the several traits:

  1. Minimalist - I don’t fancy overly-designed and cluttered contents for online shops.
  2. Easy to navigate.
  3. User-friendly and very self-explanatory for first timers.
  4. There’s a contact link for customer support in case you’ll need further assistance.

In my entire Internet-life, I’ve seen few notable ones that have these characteristics. Trust me, whenever a certain site looks like as per the description above, I would really spend time browsing that site.

And the newest site that I’ve just recently discovered last May 2012 that has these personal preference would be ZALORA! I know most of you have heard about ZALORA and you guys must have seen their ads featured almost everywhere, mostly in fashion sites. For starters, ZALORA Philippines is the first fashion retail website in the Philippines carrying a wide range of local and international brands of shoes, clothing and accessories targeted to women, men and kids. Since their launch on February 29 of this year, ZALORA is at the forefront of the digital marketing movement in the Philippines! (source) Talk about a fast-rising retailer in the market!

Allow me to highlight the perks about ZALORA online shopping:

See! ZALORA makes sure that online-shopping with them is relaxing, uncomplicated and fun process! Here’s a peek of my wishlist:

And good news! You can use my voucher code: KathTheCrapOut12 towards your purchase to have 5% off your item. Sweet isn’t it?

Everything is one click away so you might want to give ZALORA a try. It is going to be worth your while, trust me.
