I spent the weekend of 19th and 20th with my college buddies and M in Laiya, San Juan, Batangas. It was fun to tag along for the second time around with their highschool friends, I’m like their prodigal sister. It’s a shame my own highschool batchmates can’t be as organized and efficient like them when it comes to outings.
This time, I didn’t take a lot of their pictures (sorry guys) because I intended to capture some ~*artsy*~ shots since last year, it was too cloudy to catch the beautiful sunrise.
I guess a tripod is still not enough to achieve a super crisp long-exposure shot. For one, the sandy shore is not a stable surface and two, even if I will put the camera on self-timer, there will still be shakiness from the moment I release the button.
Nevertheless, I like these pictures more that what I had last year.
Cheers to our 6-year long friendship, Jordan and Ramon. I can still remember the day when the three of us first met in the boarding house in JP Laurel St. that became converted into a co-ed boarding house (LOL!), we were so silly and clueless. It really means a lot to me that in spite of the fact that we don’t see each other that much anymore, we’re not drifting apart.
And that you’re even friends with M is a super bonus. Oh, I really love you guys.
Too bad Jo-Em (Ramon’s girlfriend who turns to be my current housemate now, oh kulit lang di ba haha!) is not included in the picture, she’s too grumpy for being sleep-deprived. Well, being sleepless that weekend was worth it anyway.
Hope this will not be the last, I had a very great time with all of you. See you next year.
